Biological Assessment and Survey Services Program (BASSP) provides biological surveys and assessments for various tribal and non-tribal entities. If a department or company wishes to conduct a project on reservation land, this program is here to help and ensure they do not adversely affect endangered plant and animal species on that project area. |

Some examples of projects that this program can assess are fencing, road-building, piping, creating of livestock range land or seeding, tamerisk removal, etc. |
